This document is a public offer by Prompt Lab GmbH (the “Provider”) and sets out the terms for educational services delivered through https://example.com.
1. Subject
The Provider delivers information and educational services in the “Webinar”, “Workshop” and “Seminar” formats on the practical use of artificial intelligence tools. The Customer pays for and gets access to the chosen format.
2. Acceptance
Submitting a request and/or paying constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
3. Price and payment
- prices are shown on the site and may change; the Customer pays the price valid at the moment of payment;
- payment is made via the methods listed on the site;
- the service is deemed paid once funds are received by the Provider.
4. How the service is delivered
- access and schedule are sent to the e-mail given in the request;
- session recordings are provided according to the chosen format;
- the Provider may reschedule dates with prior notice to participants.
5. Rights and obligations
The Customer agrees to provide accurate data and not to share access with third parties. The Provider agrees to deliver the service in the stated scope and quality.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials are protected by copyright. Recording, copying and distribution without the Provider’s written consent are prohibited.
7. Refunds
Refund terms are described in the Refunds section.
8. Liability
The Provider does not guarantee specific financial or career outcomes — these depend on the participant’s effort. The service is educational in nature.
