Refunds

We want the course to be worth it. If it’s not for you — here are the refund terms.

1. Time window

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment, but no later than the end of the chosen format.

2. Refund amount

• if sessions have not started — a full 100% refund;
• if part of the program has been completed — a refund proportional to the unused part;
• after fully completing the course, no refund is provided.

3. How to request

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund”.
2. Include your name, the e-mail from your request and the reason.
3. We’ll reply within 3 business days and arrange the details.

4. Timing

Funds are returned via the same method used for payment, within 10 business days of agreement.

5. Exceptions

Refunds do not apply to individually delivered services (e.g. a personal review) once they have been performed.
